It is important for you to understand that if you have any apprehension regarding "remote viewing" this is NOT the same.  This process does NOT have to do with your Heart Chakra, but your Heart Center and Throat Center. So, you will also be utilizing your Third Eye, Third Ear, Christ Consciousness and Divine Will all in One. What you will be doing is merging your Heart Center with your Throat chakra, Third Eye, Third Ear and forming an energy ball with the energies, in which you will travel.

Imagine that you are inside a crystal ball looking out . . . and that you are traveling through a beautiful mist. And then, imagine that the mist clears away and you are at your destination. The crystal ball is NOT really a crystal ball, but an energy field that protects you from outside interference.  However, you WILL be able to "see" "feel" and "sense" all that is going on around you, according to your Divine Will and Purpose.

Now, if you were to visit a Third dimensional Friend and this friend has an energy that resonates with your highest energies, that friend might possibly "see" (physically see) a shimmering of energy . . . sort of like what you think of when you see heat in a desert.   However, YOU will be able to see your friend quite clearly. AND, you will be able to "sense" the energy . . .

Now, if you were to journey to a higher dimension, you will experience it in a different way, depending on
the vibrations and how they resonate with yours and your unique energy field.

As you experience the "Mind-Body Journey," you can invite up to 3 of your higher dimensional "aspects" or "essences" to participate with you.

MORE EXPLANATION
As we said, you will be merging the Heart Center, Throat Center, Third Eye and Third ear. This will, in effect, bring into play your Light Body, Avatar and Over Soul.

Begin by finding a place where you will not be disturbed. You may want to wear very loose clothing so that nothing restricts your flow of energy. Because you will be lowering your brain wave activity as well as raising your vibration, it is suggested that you do NOT lie down as you may fall asleep and miss the journey.

You may also do this as an "open eye" meditation, but please make sure your space has the least amount of distractions as possible.

CENTER. GROUND. RELAX.

Fill your space with any tools you prefer (i.e., crystals, stones, incense, sage, etc.). However, it is not advised to play music of any kind.

Envision yourself in your Heart Lights Sacred Temple.

Gaze into your Heart Lights Rainbow Crystal while chanting "En Til Dec A Min" three times.

As you do, the Heart Light Sacred Temple will be transformed into a beautiful cave which you will use from now on whenever you choose to experience a "Mind- Body Journey." 

The cave is lined on all sides with amethysts, sapphires, flourite and Rose Quartz. The energy from these crystals projects outward in laser-like beams and creates a very special etheric grid which will facilitate your Mind-Body Journey.

In the center of the cave are 4 chairs that do not have sides or backs on them, but are padded and very comfortable.

Envision yourself sitting on one of the chairs. Call on 3 friends from the higher dimensions that you would like to journey with you. (Please note that this is not normally necessary, but if this is the first time you have made such a journey their energies will assist you in doing so). These "friends" can be known higher "aspects" of YOU, if you wish, or they could be any one of the Masters and Angels you work with on a regular basis). As each of your friends arrives and takes his/her place on one of the chairs, you can envision them in any way you wish (i.e., either in a familiar earth-type form, or in some kind of energy form, color, sound, vibration, etc).

Take a deep breath, in through your nose . . . and exhale through your nose.

Then pump up your vibration by doing a series of fast breathes, in through your mouth and out through your mouth (similar to the exercises women do during the birthing process). Do this in a series of appropximately10-12 breaths, then pause for 3 seconds and repeat until you can feel your body tingling/vibrating during the pause time.

Hold your hands out in front of you, on your lap, palms upward.

As you tone the following "mantra" envision a bright pink light in your Heart Center radiating outward from your Heart Center, down your arms and forming a beautiful pink ball of energy between your two hands. Envision this energy as a living form, pulsating, vibrating with The Mahatma.

Ohm . . . Taum . . . Nnnnng

(ohm, tome, nnnnnngggggg)


Continue toning the "mantra" as you envision a beautiful ball of light blue energy in your Throat Chakra with a small Golden Light inside of it moving down from your Throat Chakra, into your Heart Center, down your arms and out into your hands, merging with the Pink ball of energy. Watch as the colors swirl and join their energies.

Continue toning the "mantra" as you envision a brilliant ball of saphhire colored energy moving down from your Third Eye Chakra, through your Throat Chakra, into your Heart Center, down your arms and out into your hands, merging with the Pink/Blue/Gold Ball of energy, merging its energies with the others.

As soon as this happens, all of the energies in this beautiful ball of energy begin to grow . . . larger and larger and become more and more clear, like a large glass ball with pink, blue, gold, sapphire tints. However, if you reach out with your hand it will go right through the energy ball . . . . Continue chanting the "mantra" until you and your friends are completely enveloped in this magnificent etheric energy ball.

You may now stop chanting.

Call on Sanat Kumara,  Babajii, Nirih and Sananda now to join you and envision them positioned outside of your "Energy Ball".  (Please note that this is not a vehicle you have created . . . this IS a merging of your higher vibrational bodies).

Now, ask Sanat Kumara,  Babajii,  Nirih and Sananda to assist you in journeying to Mt. Shasta and experiencing the Special Infusion that is taking place there at 11:11 PM PDT with the Emerald Star and the Heart Lights Rainbow Crystal. Envision their energies vibrating and radiating outward, creating a brilliant light which surrounds your "Etheric Energy Ball" which I shall NOW refer to as your Multi-Dimensional Body.

Your Multi-Dimensional Body begins to rise, becoming lighter and lighter as it rises higher and higher. You can look below you and see your physical body still sitting in the chair, but also notice that the other 3 chairs are empty for you are now 1 with your three friends whose energies you can totally sense and experience as a part of YOU. Now watch as your mental body begins to leave your physical body through the Heart Chakra, in the form of a green energy ball. Sananda gently takes this energy ball and touches your Multi-Dimensional Body with it. As he does you become aware of seeing things around you in a different way . . .

You can see through the walls of the cave . . . into many other rooms in the cave. You can see the Galaxy above you, you can see the planets and the stars from ALL dimensions . . . you are a part of all that you see.

And now say:

"It is my Divine Will to be at Mt. Shasta at the exact time of the Special Infusion and to see, sense and feel anything that is appropriate, according to my Divine Will and Purpose."

Then close your eyes and you will be there.

When you have experienced all there is to experience, thank everyone for their assistance and vocalize your Intent to return to the here and now.

It will be necessary for you to take several slow breaths (in and out through your mouth) as you continue to lower your vibration and raise your brain wave activity.

Many experiences might happen at this time. It may be that you will simply reverse this process (in other words, return to the cave, then return to the here and now). You may simply breathe yourself back into your space at home. Or, you may actually fall asleep and awaken 10 or 15 minutes later.  (Or, the next morning). :)

Whatever happens, I can assure you that nothing will harm you for you are surrounded with the highest of Divine Love and Light Vibrations.

When you have completely returned to your 3rd Dimensional Earth Reality, place your hands over your Heart Center and breathe in and out through your nose 3 times as you envision your feet firmly embedded into the Heart Center of the planet. At the same time you will have many feelings. You may feel Peace, Joy, Lightness, Excitement, Overwhelming Love . . . Yes, you may even wonder if you made it all up. All I can say is that the feeling in your Heart Center can NOT be made up, it is your unique Truth, that which you have just experienced. And this "feeling" will stay with you forever . . . It is yours . . . . and it is OURS.
