Do this as often as you feel during a 3-day period of your choice.  NOTE:  This process must be done 3 days in a row.  If you miss a day, you must begin the process over.

ESTABLISHING THE BRIDGE:

1. Find a place that is comfortable where you will not be disturbed. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT). Fill your space with whatever you feel is appropriate to assist you in this project.

Envision yourself standing in outer space for a moment. All around you is quiet and peaceful. All you sense is the Light from the stars that are dancing around you at this time. Envision The Mahatma completely surrounding you, like a mist of bright white light, and moving closer and closer to you.

Breathe slowly and evenly through your nose and close your eyes for a few moments, allowing The Mahatma to move closer and closer until it completely fills you with its powerful,  purifying energies. Remain this way for at least 30 seconds or until you feel that ALL of your bodies have been thoroughly cleansed and purified of all that is no longer appropriate. Then open your eyes.

Now, take a deep breath . . . let it out . . . and envision yourself standing in front of our Heart Lights Rainbow Crystal in our Heart Lights Sacred Temple at Mt. Shasta. Above you is the Emerald Star, which is surrounded by Alena Tau and the members of the Order of the Emerald Star. Above the Emerald Star is a beautiful Dome of liquid silver and gold through which special Mahatma energies will soon be pouring down upon you from Source.

Now, take a deep breath and hold it for the count of 3 as you make your Intent to enter the Crystal.

1, 2, 3.

You are now inside the Heart Lights Rainbow Crystal. Breathe slowly and evenly as the Guardians of the Heart Lights enter the crystal and join you, bringing with them the special energies of their Heart Lights. You will experience them in any way that is appropriate for you.

And now . . . form a circle with the Guardians of the Heart Lights,  Shamra Talia, Sananda, Ashtar, Metatron, Melchizidek, Kuthumi and Kira.

You all begin to chant "OHM, RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM". As you do so your energies begin to merge and your Heart Centers radiate Divine Love for each other and ALL That IS. At the same time, the crystal will begin to rotate in a clockwise movement.

CONTINUE TO CHANT: "OHM, RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM"

As you do, you will see that the liquid silver/gold dome above the emerald star is beginning to fill with a very bright Light, tinted slightly with an opalescent pink and blue energy.

The energies pour through the liquid silver/gold of the dome and into the Emerald Star and then stream down from the Emerald Star into the Crystal, carrying with them the combined special energies of The Mahatma and the Emerald Star

Experience these energies as they fill the crystal and merge with your unique energies and the energies of all who are present.

You are now spinning faster and faster in a clockwise position and the combined energies are becoming more and more profound as you continue to chant together.

The energies merge with All of you, first from Heart Center to Heart Center, then throughout your entire Beingness . . . and as you continue, ALL of your energies swirl together and you merge to become the One Rainbow Bridge with its new, exciting colors, sounds and vibrations.

Merging and mixing into the most beautiful colors you could ever imagine . . . colors you have never seen before on Third Dimensional Earth . . . and the Sounds . . . hundreds of different tones . . . ALL in perfect harmony with each other . . .filling your Beingness. You can feel now that you are the colors . . . the sounds . . . and the vibrations.

STOP CHANTING, NOW . . . TAKE A DEEP BREATH . . . ENVISION BEING ON THE ISLAND OF MU (LEMURIA) IN A SACRED TEMPLE.

This Temple is very Sacred and was used by the High Priests and Priestesses when those who experienced the Motherland of Mu were at their highest Vibrational Energies and were able to move easily from one dimension to another in both their physical AND their soul bodies.

This Temple is very beautiful, but also ever-changing. You can sense that the pillars and all parts of the Temple seem to be shimmering (like the energy you see in the transporter beam of the Star Trek movies). The reason for this is that the energies which create the Temple of Divine Radiance are constantly changing to balance perfectly with the energies of those present. AND, its physical appearance also changes according to whatever allows you to feel the most comfortable, peaceful and powerful . . . all at the same time.

You are sitting in a chair (throne, tree stump, cushion, large lotus, whatever feels right for you). Sitting next to you (on your right) is Sanat Kumara (The Chohan/Facilitator for the Root Chakra). On your left is Vywamus (The Chohan/Facilitator for the Sacral Chakra). You see (sense, experience) them in any energy forms that feel comfortable to you (generally this will be the energy form that they have taken in whatever dimension/reality you are co-existing with them). Their energies vibrate Divine Love and Honor for you and you can sense that your energies resonate perfectly with each other. You are interconnected . . . you ARE One.

You are closely surrounded by the combined energies of the Council of the Rainbow Bridge, the Order of the Emerald Star and ALL of your higher vibrational "aspects".

Through your Intent, you can sense that the Rainbow Bridge is now extending from the Temple of Divine Radiance at MU all the way to Shambahla where Babajii, Tehlan and Khoran are acting as anchors for the bridge.

Focus, now, on your Root Chakra. See it as a bright red ball of energy. Notice that it is slowly rotating in a counter-clockwise order. In a moment you will begin a special chant. As you do, you will notice that the rate of rotation is becoming faster and faster and that the chakra begins to move upward toward your Sacral Chakra, which is a bright orange ball of energy and is spinning in a clockwise order.

BEGIN CHANTING NOW:

Feel your entire beingness tingling as your Root Chakra accelerates its rotation and moves up to merge with your Sacral Chakra . . . .

As you continue to chant, the two chakras will merge, creating a beautiful opalescent pink/peach/silver ball of pulsating energy, moving out of your body and onto the Rainbow Bridge. You feel some kind of shifting going on throughout your beingness.

Your vibrations seem to be raising and you watch as Sanat Kumara stands up and extends his left hand to you. At the same time Vywamus stands up and extends his right hand to you.

You take Sanat Kumara's left hand and Vywamus' right hand. Together you begin moving (more like gliding) behind the energy ball, onto the rainbow bridge and towards Shambahla.

You turn back and see yourself sitting in the Temple and realize that it is your Astral Body which is traveling toward Shambahla with Sanat Kumara and Vywamus. Its colors and vibrations are that of your Sacral Chakra, which is why you realize that this is your Astral Body, for it is the lowest vibrational body of all of your bodies except the Physical (which vibrations to the Root Chakra).

As you move across the Rainbow Bridge you notice that Babajii, Tehlan and Khoran have brought in the Mahatma/Emerald Star energies and merged them into a beautiful Opalescent ball of shimmering colors, sounds and vibrations and that these combined energies are now moving across the Rainbow Bridge toward you. The closer you move toward these wondrous energies the higher your vibration raises and the lighter you feel.

As you meet, the energies flow right through you, mingling with yours and continuing on their journey toward the Temple of Divine Radiance while you continue your journey toward Shambahla.

Once you reach Shambahla, your Astral Body and the Chakra Energy Ball is surrounded by Sanat Kumara, Vywamus, Babajii, Tehlan and Khoran. They raise their hands up and beautiful rays of multi-colored energies move towards the Chakra Energy Ball, causing it to spin very fast.

Suddenly the Chakra Ball merges with your Astral body and fills your Astral Body with radiating, opalescent colors of peach, silver and pink. You body begins to shimmer and vibrate as it takes on the new, higher vibrational energies and becomes the "Awakening" Chakra.

Your entire Beingness is now filled with a sense of NEW colors, sounds and vibrations and you feel very powerful, yet completely at Peace.

You bow in honor to Babajii, Tehlan, Khoran, Vywamus and Sanat Kumara and begin your journey back across the Rainbow Bridge toward the rest of your "bodies." As you do, you notice that there is a beautiful aura completely surrounding your other bodies at Mu.

This is because the Mahatma/Emerald Star Energies have merged with those bodies . . . cleansing and purifying all of the bodies and chakras so they will be prepared for the new, higher vibrational "Awakening" chakra to assume its temporary location (between where your Root and Sacral Chakra once existed). (NOTE: I say "temporary" because once the process is complete, ALL chakras will merge into the Christ at your Heart Center).

You can now experience being in both places at the same time. You ARE sitting in your chair (throne, tree stump, etc) at MU and you ARE moving across the Rainbow Bridge toward YOU. In a sense, what you are experiencing is actually more than being in both places . . . rather, being in ALL places.

And, as your "Awakened" Astral Body which is carrying the new higher vibrational "Awakening" Chakra NOW merges with your other bodies, you instantly experinece your Oneness with ALL.

NOW . . . You are the bridge . . . you are shambahla . . . you are MU . . . you are the Masters and Angels who have been assisting you in this process . . . you are ALL.

You are experiencing the Divine Love, Devotion and Honor that the Masters and Angels feel for you at this NOW. You experience the Power, Peace, Love and "Awakening" that this new higher vibrational chakra has co-created for you. You feel the energy of the temples, of shambahla . . . of ALL.

PLACE BOTH HANDS OVER YOUR "AWAKENING" CHAKRA, just below the navel and feel the energy of the new higher vibrational chakra as it spins perfectly according to its Divine Purpose and radiates outward, throughout your entire body. Be aware of your entire body and how it feels so you can share with others.

Stay in this space for as long as you wish. When you are ready, return to the here and now by taking five deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth like a dolphin breath (sort of like blowing out 100 candles on a birthday cake as quickly as you can).

You MAY feel slightly dizzy, ungrounded, spacy, etc. If so, sit for a moment and then drink a minimum of 12 ounces of water.

You may or may not feel like eating for the next 2-3 hours. Follow the urges of your physical body. Remember, it has just been altered along with your Astral body to a higher vibration, so it does need some adjusting. You may feel like eating an entire turkey, or you may simply want to nibble on some carrots or drink lots of water. Whatever feels right WILL be right for you.
